Painshill Park, in Surrey, was the personal achievement of the Hon Charles Hamilton who was pioneering in his vision of the 18th century landscape garden. The park has been restored over a twenty year period and is now the subject of a substantial development of its visual image and promotion.
The new identity features Hamilton as the personality behind the design of the park, while ‘The Hamilton Landscapes’ suggests his creation of landscape as art.
